Abstract   Primary ma1ignant tumors of trachea are rare by comparison with tumors of the major bronchi & lung. The majority of reported cases are either squamous cell carcinoma or adenoid cystic carcinoma. A 53-year-old man, presented with hemoptysis, wheezing and dyspnea, and bronchoscopic biopsy confirmed diffuse poorly differentiated lymphoma. After 2 cycles of COPBLAM combination chemotherapy, partial remission was obtained.
